Fulcrum is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our projects!

Requirements:
— English level Upper-Intermediate (written and verbal);
— Min 2 year of experience on UX/UI Designer position in IT;
— Experience with Design part:
- UI-Design
- Design System
- Adaptive desigs
— Experience with UX-research part:
- Stakeholder interview
- User interview
- UX-audit
- UB-tests etc.
Will be a plus:
— Experience with animation (After Effect);
— Experience with 3D (Spline Design);
— Experience in layout using No-code.
Main responsibilities:
— Websites, web applications and mobile design;
— Development of design concepts for new projects;
— Conducting and facilitating workshops with clients (on visual and functional requirements);
— UX research activities: design audit; Conducting user and stakeholder interviews; user surveys;
— Creation of user flow and mindmap;
— Development of design systems;
— Adaptive design;
— Design review.
