Job Description
Responsibilities
Collaborate with other product functions to develop content strategies that align with the overall user experience and product goals.
Write and edit user interface (UI) text, microcopy, help content, and other communication materials that are clear, consistent, and aligned with the brand.
Work with designers and information architects to structure content in a way that enhances usability and accessibility.
Participate in user research activities to understand user needs and pain points, then iterate on content based on feedback.
Develop and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Work with localization teams to adapt content for different languages and cultural contexts, ensuring a cohesive user experience in the countries where the company operates.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience
Native or Proficient in English
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to write concise and user-friendly copy for digital interfaces.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and user research methods.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines
