We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistantwith expertise/background in event planning, general sales and operations coordination to join our client's team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the client's team, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Appointment setting.
- Follow up on inbound leads.
- Collect and analyze data and figures to create reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Make outbound calls.
- Handle communication on behalf of executives and ensure timely responses to emails and inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information.
- Coordinate and execute group travel plans for clients, including negotiating hotel group contracts and sourcing appropriate venues.
- Collaborate with vendors, airlines, and accommodation providers to ensure smooth logistics for group events.
- Manage event budgets effectively and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, especially in group travel.
- Proven experience with sales.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Availability to start immediately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in virtual communication tools and office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
