Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Workday integrations, including proficiency in Workday modules such as Benefits, HCM, and Talent Management. As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
Preferred Skills:
• Solid understanding of Workday's integration technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, and Workday Integration Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience in Workday BIRT
• knowledge and experience in Agile and product management.
• Working experience on PECI and PICOF integrations.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, XSLT.
• Proficient in report writing, creating custom objects, custom reports, and Workday calculated fields.
• 7 years of Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge on Workday Functional modules such as Benefits, HCM, Recruiting, Compensation and Talent Management.
