Job Title: Bookkeeper

Schedule: US Business Hours(full time)

Salary: USD 1000 - 1500/month

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic team and help us deliver high-quality video content that captivates our audience.

About you

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts, and balance sheets.
  • Accurately process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and process payroll, including the calculation of wages, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Monitor and track expenses to ensure they remain within budget.
  • Handle invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and financial reviews.
  • Provide administrative support for financial tasks as needed.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
