ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to drive our paid media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and related platforms. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing ad campaigns, working closely with our creative team to enhance engagement and conversion rates through data-driven insights.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms to meet ROI and performance goals.
- Conduct thorough audience research and create custom audiences for effective targeting.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test and refine ad copy and creative assets, maximizing engagement and performance.
- Monitor ad budgets, key performance metrics, and conversion tracking to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, preparing reports with recommendations for future improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with Meta Ads policies, industry trends, and platform tools to maintain compliance and leverage best practices
Requirements
- 3-5 of proven experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for E-commerce / DTC brand
- Ability to work in EST time zone
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of ROI optimization, CPC, and other critical metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams and contribute to compelling ad designs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
