Job Description

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to retain and grow existing accounts.
  • Generate leads through multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate the value of our recruitment services.
  • Understand client-specific recruitment needs and customize solutions to match their requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure new business deals and renew existing contracts.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for client retention and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform client strategies.
  • Track and analyze account performance, client feedback, and other metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights to enhance the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure CRM health by inputting correct data and updating information

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Recruitment experience is a must.
