Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond promptly to incoming messages from cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Engage prospects in meaningful dialogue to qualify leads and generate interest in our services
- Guide qualified prospects to schedule appointments using our Calendly link
- Manage and update lead information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
- Meet or exceed set performance metrics for outbound messages and appointment bookings
Requirements:
- Experience in digital prospecting, appointment setting, or related lead generation roles
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and comfort with learning new software tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication platforms
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Adaptability to work in U.S. time zones
Scope:
- Manage a high volume of digital interactions across multiple platforms
- Contribute to the optimization of outreach templates and follow-up sequences
- Provide regular reports on lead engagement and conversion metrics
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices
- Continuously improve personal performance through ongoing learning and feedback
