Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm PST (1 AM to 10 AM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day)

Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time translation during client meetings and consultations
  • Assist in drafting and translating legal documents and correspondence
  • Support case management by maintaining detailed client files and tracking progress
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information
  • Participate actively in client meetings, ensuring comprehensive understanding for all parties
  • Conduct post-case surveys and compile client feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the legal team to enhance client service and case outcomes

Requirements
  • Native-level fluency in English and Spanish, with emphasis on legal terminology; submit a voice recording in English and Spanish
  • Experience in legal translation or interpretation, preferably in immigration law
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in legal software and virtual communication tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and empathy when dealing with diverse clientele
  • Adaptability to learn and apply new legal concepts and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Legal Studies, Translation, Spanish) preferred
