Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time 

Some afterhours as needed to accommodate clients

Who you are 

You are well-versed in the latest IT technologies on the market, applying that knowledge to research, construct, and close complex IT offerings for NexusTek's clients. As a dynamic sales strategist, you're dedicated to expanding our reach and fortifying our sales pipeline.

Your strategic communication skills offer actionable insights and recommendations, fostering technological advancements for our clients. In your role as a Client Executive, your proactive stance and history of success equip you to navigate and resolve potential objections.

  

Skills you possess:

  • Propose multi-offering or complex IT outsourcing solutions, and present compelling value propositions aligned with customers desired business outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of the Managed IT Services model and can sell technology solutions to multiple verticals
  • Grow market share by locating, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities, including developing business relationships with prospects key stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable having high level business prospecting discussions with C-Suite level individuals
  • Accurately forecast new business pipeline by using your market insight within your region
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, product demonstrations, to deal closure and ongoing customer satisfaction through transition to their Account Manager
  • Develop relationships with other complementary business partners who may refer and introduce NexusTek into their client base
  • Communicate to clients their client-specific value proposition and win strategy, with the confidence to ask for their business and execute a deal
  • Partner with the senior leadership and technical services to deliver excellent service, during the prospect and onboarding phases
  • Strong presentation; oral and written communication skills, a must

Strong knowledge in the following technologies:

  • Microsoft-based servers and workstations 
  • Active Directory 
  • MS Office 365  
  • Network firewalls and managed switches 
  • SAN Administration 
  • Switching and routing 
  • Backup and disaster recovery solutions. 
  • Cloud-based technologies 
  • Virtualization technologies 

Pay and Benefits  

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.

Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis(The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees]skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)  

In additional to the base salary this position offers sales incentives as On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base salary + sales incentives/commissions)

The expected OTE for this role is $180,000.00+

Below is our typical interview process for this role:

Screening Stage - Let's get to know each other! 

  • Our recruiters carefully consider each application. If you are selected to move forward, we will contact you for the introductory screening. 
  • 20-minute recruiter screening to introduce you to NexusTek and get to know your experience and what motivates you.

Interview Stage – We’ll dive into your experience more in depth 

  • 1-hour interview with the hiring manager (virtual) 
  • 1- hour interview with sales team member (virtual) 
  • Additional interviews based on availability of team and candidate.
  • 30-minute call with sales leadership
  • References: 3 professional references with at least one being someone who directly managed you  
  • You are welcome to request additional conversations with team members you didn’t get to meet during the process
