Sidebar is looking for an emotionally intelligent, member experience-focused Community Lead to empower, support and encourage our members as they strive to do their best work. As a Community Lead, you’ll be pivotal in nurturing a sense of community, enthusiasm and authenticity with our members, while consistently supporting our product and business teams with insights, customer feedback, content and brand advocacy.

As a Community Lead, you’ll:

Community Engagement & Support

  • Foster a positive, interactive community environment on our forums and social media platforms, ensuring a curious, engaged and welcoming space that aligns with Sidebar’s values and vision.

  • Proactively engage with existing community members, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, providing support, and nurturing relationships.

  • Maintain the integrity and positive vibe of the community by proactively and thoughtfully addressing member needs and issues.

Content & Communication

  • Craft compelling content that resonates with our community, sparking discussions, sharing insights, and encouraging the exchange of ideas and experiences related to nutrition, biohacking, and supplements.

  • Communicate the Sidebar’s values and messages effectively, maintaining a consistent and authentic voice across all platforms.

Feedback & Insights

  • Collect and analyze community feedback on product features, user experience, and content, providing actionable insights to relevant teams to drive product enhancements and content strategy.

  • Monitor and report on community engagement metrics, using data to inform and refine community strategies and initiatives.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, enthusiastically representing and promoting Sidebar’s features and community initiatives.

  • Encourage community growth and engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among members.

About you

You’ll thrive as a Community Lead, if you have:

  • Proven experience and track record of growing and managing online communities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging content and effectively conveying Sidebar’s values and messages.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in using tools to track engagement metrics and derive insights for strategic planning.

  • Natural networker who sees opportunity and possibility everywhere.

  • Empathetic and curious with a natural ability to connect with people and foster a supportive and inclusive community environment.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to excellence and a drive to contribute to the success and growth of our Sidebar’s community.
