This is a remote position.
Schedule:Full-time l 40 hours per week
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EDT with a 30-min paid break

Company Overview: We are a leader in commercial restaurant equipment sales in service in Canada. We operate a 24/7 business that supplies restaurant equipment as well as after-sales warranty & non-warranty service & parts to leading QSR restaurants across Ontario and the Maritimes.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone, online chat enquiries and questions from new and existing customers including escalations and general customer support.
- Responding to customer emails
- Looking up customer order details from our internal CRM
- Processing refunds and other customer requests according to internal procedures
- Send email and SMS quotes to customers
- Other administrative tasks (data entry, file management, reports and research)
Requirements
- Strong written English and verbal communication skills - MANDATORY
- Candidates with Mechanical and Troubleshooting background - Preferred
- Customer support experience in a BPO set up
- Attention to detail
- Noise-canceling headset with microphone
- No Prior Obligations, client is looking for long term staff
- No Pregnant Candidate if possible
