Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to drive monetization, engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct data analysis on existing customers to identify usage trends and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure effective communication of our new product features to improve product adoption and engagement
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns to build a post-sale x-sell pipeline
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to develop compelling customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to customer marketing initiatives, and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
