We are growing fast, and we are now looking for a Partner Manager based in Brazil to help drive channel acquisition and make our partners successful for the most loved SMB messaging collaboration tool.

What you’ll do:
- Play a pivotal role in accelerating our partnerships across all markets, and have our product distributed to thousands of businesses globally
- Prospect, identify, qualify and generate new partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and close business deals
- Drive go-to-market activities by working with cross-functional teams internally (e.g product, product marketing, engineering, design, content etc) so as to plan and launch partnerships
- Manage your partnership pipeline and ensure timely internal and external reporting
- Manage existing portfolio of partners which includes upselling, expanding the scope, and optimising current partnerships
- Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnership

Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in partnership (ideal), or sales, preferably in a tech or software company
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
- Prior experience in building a partnership program and a track record of successful technology partnership
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Fluent in English and Portuguese is a must
