About the Role:

Role: Operations Associate (with SAAS and Lead Generation Experience)

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

Salary: up to 1800 USD per month

Their platform excels in ingesting unstructured data from both internal knowledge bases and selected public sources. By leveraging advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, they transform this data into structured insights that are delivered through customized financial workflows. This empowers financial firms to make informed decisions and take action based on data-driven insights, ultimately enhancing their operational efficiency and competitive advantage in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Email Management:
    • Organizing incoming emails efficiently.
    • Prioritizing responses based on urgency.
    • Maintaining an efficient system for managing the inbox.
  • Task Management:
    • Prioritizing tasks according to importance and urgency.
    • Tracking assignments to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Delegating tasks effectively when necessary.
  • Personal Admin Support:
    • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
    • Making travel arrangements.
    • Assisting with expense management.
  • Research:
    • Conducting thorough research on specific topics or projects.
    • Summarizing findings and presenting them coherently.
    • Utilizing various resources to gather relevant information.
  • CRM Management Support:
    • Updating customer databases with accurate information.
    • Managing interactions with clients and leads.
    • Ensuring data integrity within the CRM system.
  • Project Management:
    • Defining project objectives and creating plans.
    • Allocating resources effectively.
    • Monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Calendar Management:
    • Organizing schedules and appointments.
    • Sending reminders for upcoming events.
    • Coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Requirements

  • Has 2 or more years of experience relevant to the role
  • Experience with CRM management, Linear and Superhuman is a plus
  • Experience with SaaS companies
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Technical Proficiency
