About the Role:

Role: Sales/Customer Support
Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (with flexibility - as long as it's within the client's working hours or some hours overlapping)

Salary Range: $1,200 - $1,500 per month (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Holiday Entitlement: Candidate will follow US holidays, with flexibility for Philippine holidays (if there's a PH holiday you'd like to honor or follow, the client will also allow it)

They are a nationwide distributor of products for Construction in Occupied Healthcare Facilities. They specialize in supplying dust containment in healthcare facilities, Air Duct Cleaning, Lead EPA/RRP, Surface Protection Products for new construction and remodeling, and Mobile Dust cart containment rentals.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Actively engage with clients, fostering relationships and driving sales.
  • Research for Product Development: Conduct market research and gather insights for the development of our products.
  • Some outbound calling: Initiate outbound calls as part of the sales strategy and customer outreach.
  • Strategic Support to founder: Provide strategic assistance to the founder in key decision-making processes.

    This role will be:

    50% Answering emails, returning phone calls, contacting manufacturers (customer-facing)
    30 % For proactive initiatives, such as reaching out to customers and setting individual goals for tasks like sending specific numbers of emails.
    20% for clerical duties, encompassing business improvements, ensuring updated credit cards, and maintaining operational standards.

Requirements

  • Hard Requirement: someone who has excellent communication skills and someone who is seeking for a long-term role
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Support (best if you have experience in both) or in similar roles (but the client is flexible with the years of experience, as long as he sees you got the energy, the passion, the determination and dedication)
  • Proficiency or Experience with CRMs (preferably Hubspot)
  • nice to have: B2B experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Client needs a self-starter, someone with strong analytical skills and preferably someone with an outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
