Job Description:
We are looking for a communicative and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team. This role involves managing our Discord community, handling support queries, creating documentation and FAQ’s, moderating feedback forums, and engaging with our community through content creation and social media sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Manage daily operations on our Discord server, including real-time interaction with community members, moderation, and event coordination.
- Support & Feedback: Respond to community support requests and questions with accuracy and clarity. Monitor and engage with feedback forums to gather user insights and report back to the development team.
- Content Creation: Develop and post engaging content tailored to our community’s interests and needs. Ensure consistent communication across all platforms to keep the community informed and engaged.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms. Craft and schedule regular updates to promote community activities, platform updates, and special events.
- Documentation: Write, update, and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation and FAQs to assist users in navigating our platform effectively.
Requirements
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Discord and social media management.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred: - Experience in creating technical documentation and support materials.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
