Position : Executive Assistant

Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST

Salary Range : 800 - 1,000 USD

Brother-sister team that owns and operates multiple franchised locations across 3 different concepts in the beauty, wellness, and fast food industries.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can think critically and execute tasks thoroughly.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Scrubbing Email Inbox
  • Setting completion dates for projects and tasks
  • Reviewing weekly calendar
  • Organizing weekly schedules
  • Sending calendar invites for catch-ups and meetings
  • Joining meetings, taking notes, and following up
  • Scheduling evaluations and 1on1s
  • Research projects
  • Booking travel and hotels
  • Monitoring maintenance tasks
  • Responding to messages and overseeing guest complaints
  • Managing processes and ensuring Office Manual accuracy
  • Scheduling and moving calls/meetings
  • Monitoring advertising and health insurance rollout
  • Responding to franchising inquiries
  • Scheduling personal appointments
  • Sending gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, and condolences
  • Coordinating home appliance repairs
  • Booking personal activities and lessons
  • Researching travel destinations, children’s activities, and hobbies
  • Planning detailed itineraries

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 5 years of Executive Assistant experience.
  • Proficient in email communication.
  • Advanced skills in Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong critical thinking and task execution skills.
