Our Executive Assistant's provides key administrative coordination and logistics support to the team of Executives and facilitates communication between team members and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant’s specific duties will vary based upon the supervisor’s scope, but may include scheduling, meeting coordination, and assisting with special projects.
This is a remote position that will require travel onsite to market locations on an as needed basis. This role requires someone based in California.
Essential Job Duties:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to one of our Chief Executives including:
- Drafting written communication as requested
- Handling travel and expenses
- Coordinating schedules across time zones
- Taking and maintaining meeting minutes
- Planning and coordinating logistics related to on-site tours and events
- Communicate with internal & external stakeholders on behalf of the leadership team which could include internal team members, vendors, elected officials, regulators, board members, etc.
- Manage ad-hoc administrative projects on behalf of and in support of the External Affairs department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting an executive as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
- Expert in Microsoft Suite applications (including Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint & Sharepoint)
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive & prioritize in a fast-paced environment with dedication to strong customer service orientation.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $99,309.58- $119,171.49 annually + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
