Our client seeks a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our client's growing real estate law practice. This role will be instrumental in maintaining smooth office operations, managing client communications, and handling essential documentation for real estate transactions. The position offers an opportunity to grow into more complex legal administrative responsibilities while supporting the firm's commitment to excellent client service.
The Impact you’ll make
Client Communication & Support- Answer phones and manage incoming client inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate real estate closings
- Facilitate communication between multiple parties
- Provide basic information and updates to clients
- Enter and maintain contracts in the CRM system
- Process basic attorney review letters
- Handle extension requests
- Manage client intake documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Track deadlines and follow-ups
- Manage general office communications
- Help streamline administrative workflows
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Support the development of efficient systems
- Assist in standardizing routine processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Fluent English communication skills with minimal accent (essential for client interaction)
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, High Level, or similar)
- Administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in scheduling and coordination
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Nice to Have:
- Background in law or paralegal studies
- Previous experience in a legal environment, especially real estate law firms
- Experience with legal intake processes
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and terminology

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
- 40 hours a week
- $7 per hour
