Our client seeks a proactive Real Estate Lead Generation & Social Media Assistant primarily focused on identifying and connecting with potential property sellers in specific target areas. This role will drive business growth through effective lead generation and research, while supporting the client's digital presence and administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate industry knowledge and be eager to learn additional digital marketing strategies.
The Impact you’ll make
Lead Generation & Property Research (Primary Focus)- Conduct organic research to identify potential property sellers in target areas (Indian Hill, Marymont, and Terrace Park)
- Reach out to potential sellers via email or phone
- Research market trends in target areas
- Focus on identifying potential sellers experiencing life changes
- Manage leads through real estate tools
- Work with various real estate tools including MLS, Realist, EXP, BatchLeads, and Zenlist
- Assist with property listing management
- Support client relationship management
- Manage and optimize Facebook account and LinkedIn presence
- Create engaging content using Canva and CapCut
- Learn and support Google and Facebook ads campaigns (training provided)
- Target and engage with specific community groups
- Manage email communications and calendar scheduling
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively
- Handle personal and administrative tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- US real estate industry experience or strong knowledge (essential)
Experience with real estate software (MLS, Realist, EXP, BatchLeads, Zenlist)
Proven track record in lead generation and outreach
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva and CapCut)
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Strong communication and organizational skills - WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Technical Skills:
- Expert in real estate tools (MLS, Realist, EXP, BatchLeads, Zenlist)
- Strong lead generation and research abilities
- Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for content creation
- Social media marketing capabilities
- Google Workspace mastery

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
- Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 20 hours a week
- $7 per hour
