Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for dedicated part-time nurses to join our rapidly expanding healthcare team. This is a remote, work-at-home position, ideal for nurses who want flexibility while delivering top-notch patient care. Our team consists of natural healthcare practitioners and medical doctors specializing in diabetes and diabetic complications.

Responsabilities:

  • Conduct phone consultations with U.S.-based patients who have requested a doctor's visit.
  • Perform thorough health assessments during phone consultations (each lasting 10-15 minutes).
  • Evaluate patients’ eligibility for further medical care based on health and insurance qualifications.
  • Schedule appointments for qualifying patients with the appropriate doctors.
  • Accurately document patient information and maintain organized records using Google Spreadsheets and Google Calendar.
  • Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and care.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion during all patient interactions.


    • Requirements

  • Experience in conducting health assessments and patient evaluations.
  • Previous experience in phone-based healthcare services.
  • Strong familiarity with medical terminology, particularly in diabetes and diabetic complications (willingness to learn new terms is required).
  • Proficiency with Google Spreadsheets and Google Calendar.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 70 words per minute with zero errors.
  • A reliable smartphone, fast computer, and stable high-speed internet connection.


    • Qualifications:

  • Background as a nurse, doctor, or other healthcare professional.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be based in a location with a reliable internet connection and conducive home office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
