Role Name: Property Management and Personal Virtual Assistant

Schedule:

  • Utah Mountain time, Monday - Saturday , about 6 hours a day so total 36 hours. M, W, F, 11-5pm, Tues and Thursday 1-7, and saturday 11-5pm. We can be flexible as well up to 36-40 hours

Responsibilities

  • Manage property-related tasks using Appfolio, including tenant communications, maintenance requests, and lease administration
  • Coordinate and optimize complex calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling for business and personal appointments
  • Handle administrative duties for property management operations, such as document preparation and filing
  • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Provide personal virtual assistant support to company owners, managing travel arrangements, personal errands, and other tasks as needed
  • Offer general administrative support, including email management, report generation, and data entry
  • Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service


Requirements

  • Proven proficiency in Appfolio property management software or similar
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Very Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space for remote work
  • Previous experience in property management or personal assistance is a plus
