This is a remote position.
Schedule is 20 hours a week anytime from 8am to 5pm Minnesota TimeResponsibilities + Expectations:
- Being able to establish relationships with new clients interested in starting Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) with the client and maintain a relationship for the first 3-6 months of services with our company
- Strong spoken English language experience, as conversations will be held twice a week via phone
- Strong written skills as application submissions will be requested on behalf of new clients that this part time admin assistant will be working with
- Ability to conduct research for housing options that would best satisfy the client requirements, as well as opportunities to enhance the company and its employees to aid in HSS services
- Strong organizational skills: We use Google sheets, CRMs, Google docs, Google forms, OpenPhone, WhatsApp, and Discord
Requirements
Key qualifications include:● 2-3+ years experience in a Administrative/Executive Assistant or Project management role
● Strong written/verbal communication proficiency
● Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
● Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM’s (Monday.com / Caretap), Google Calendar
● Ability to adapt/thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of Twin Cities Geography (Minneapolis - St. Paul Metro, MN, USA).
- Basic understanding/knowledge of rental housing and how to search/apply for housing.
- Highly sought out experience in subsidized/affordable housing related work.
