Retail & Open Hours - these are our hours. Employee can choose which days/times as well as how often. Spring break and Christmas break are not mandatory or expected.

Monday 10am-7pm

Tuesday 10am-5pm

Wednesday 10am-5pm

Thursday 10am-7pm
Friday 10am-5pm
Saturday 9am-5pm

Sunday 11am-4pm

Position Summary/Job Duties:

We are looking for a Recreation Center Host that will help provide a safe, clean, fun, and friendly environment for our customers, who are primarily kids and families.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Checking in and greeting customers
• Setting up, cleaning, and maintaining the party room
• Providing an exceptional experience for all customers including walk-ins, party participants, and event groups
• Completing opening and closing tasks

MUST HAVE:

• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and staff
• Ability to project voice and be heard in a loud environment
• Ability to enforce rules
• Ability to handle large groups of children
• Ability to engage in customers (all ages) in conversations
