Need a Change of pace? Have a valid LPN License? Call Center Experience? Spanish Bilingual?

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a LPN – L2 Specialist. As a LPN – L2 Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

This position is Full Time, Remote, & looking to START in MAY!!

Summary: Providing the White Glove Service! The oncology nurse navigators we are hiring would answer inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and HCPs seeking more information about clinical trials generally and Pfizer’s breast cancer clinical trials. They would also prescreen for Pfizer’s enrolling breast cancer clinical trials to determine which trials a patient may be eligible for.

Business Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Training: REMOTE, M-F,

Program hire requirements:

  • Must have valid LPN licensure.
  • Fluent in both English/Spanish
  • Previous call center experience is preferred or strong customer service focused work history.
  • Strong Technological Skills are required which include, typing, documenting information in a system as it is being communicated, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Webex, or Zoom experience.
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently, demonstrate good problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, in addition to multi-tasking skills as there are a number of computer programs involved in the handling of calls and nurses need to be comfortable with quickly navigating, and talking and typing simultaneously.
