Remote Nurse Practitioner for WA State Telehealth Testosterone Therapy Clinic (1099 Contractor) – Washington

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team as a 1099 contractor. This position will focus primarily on providing testosterone replacement therapy and managing hypogonadism through telehealth services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, and the ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients experiencing symptoms of hypogonadism.
• Prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Provide education and support to patients regarding their condition and treatment plan.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications:

• Current, active, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Washington
• At least one year of experience in Testosterone Replacement Therapy and managing

hypogonadism

• Valid DEA license in Washington State
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and capable of providing remote care
