Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST

Compensation: $1,500-$2,000 (based on assessment)

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative (B2B) will be responsible for generating new business and

managing relationships with existing clients. While experience in building or industrial

equipment sales is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a strong ability to

understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and

Stakeholders.

Understand client needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their

Objectives.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or

concerns.

Sales Execution:

  • Present and demonstrate [products/services] to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing sales effectively.

  • Track and manage sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and updates to management.

  • Market Analysis

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting and Administration:

  • - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using

CRM software.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a

seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • - Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in building or industrial equipment sales is a plus but not required.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.

  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.

  • Ability to analyze market data, understand client needs, and offer effective solutions.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales.
