Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative (B2B) will be responsible for generating new business and
managing relationships with existing clients. While experience in building or industrial
equipment sales is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a strong ability to
understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and
Stakeholders.
Understand client needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their
Objectives.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or
concerns.
Sales Execution:
Present and demonstrate [products/services] to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing sales effectively.
Track and manage sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and updates to management.
Market Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using
CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a
seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in building or industrial equipment sales is a plus but not required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
Ability to analyze market data, understand client needs, and offer effective solutions.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales.
