They partner exclusively with select brands, working with only one brand per category to ensure focused attention and results. Their proven track record spans from seed-stage to late-stage brands, with connections to major retailers like Whole Foods, Target, and Kroger.
Why this role exists
The client is experiencing rapid growth and needs a dedicated Sales Development Representative to manage their increasing volume of administrative and outreach tasks. This role will provide crucial support in managing day-to-day operations, particularly in data entry and sales outreach, allowing the core team to focus on strategic growth initiatives. The role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency while the company continues to scale.

The Impact you’ll make

Sales Development
  • Execute targeted cold-calling campaigns to potential brand partners
  • Craft and manage cold email outreach programs
  • Follow up systematically with prospects to maximize engagement
Data Management
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data
  • Update CRM systems with prospect information
  • Track outreach activities and responses
Administrative Support
  • Organize and document sales activities
  • Manage contact databases
  • Handle administrative tasks to reduce team workload
Process Improvement
  • Document best practices for outreach
  • Track response rates and optimize messaging
  • Support team efficiency through organized data management

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales development or cold calling experience
  • Proven track record in email outreach campaigns
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
  • Remote position

  • Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)
  • 20 hours a week
Compensation:
  • $5 per hour
