This position is vital in driving the company's continued growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the restaurant technology sector. The SDR will be responsible for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales development, while also supporting new product integration initiatives and potentially closing smaller deals. The role is crucial for managing the growing pipeline of restaurant businesses seeking to modernize their operations.
The Impact you’ll make
Lead Generation- Research and identify potential restaurant leads using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Create and maintain targeted prospect lists
- Implement lead qualification strategies
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients
- Develop and optimize sales scripts through A/B testing
- Execute outbound calling campaigns
- Qualify leads through established criteria
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Close smaller deals independently when appropriate
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects
- Manage and coordinate sales team calendars
- Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments
- Maintain efficient scheduling processes
- Align with sales team goals and strategies
- Share feedback from lead interactions
- Support new product integration initiatives
- Coordinate with the team on pipeline management
- Contribute to sales process improvements
- Log all sales activities in CRM/Salesforce
- Generate regular performance reports
- Track conversion metrics
- Provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Minimum 1 year of sales development or lead generation experience
- Proven track record in appointment setting
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Demonstrated success in script development and testing
- Proficiency with sequencing platforms and dialers
- Strong understanding of sales qualification processes
- Experience with sales automation tools
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
