Job Description
As the Social Media Specialist for this innovative golf entertainment complex, you’ll be the digital voice and face of a brand that’s set to become a Las Vegas landmark. Your role is crucial in building and engaging a vibrant online community across multiple platforms, from Facebook and Instagram to TikTok and LinkedIn. You’ll be crafting compelling narratives, curating eye-catching content, and driving conversations that bring the excitement of our client’s unique concept to life in the digital space. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Create and curate engaging content that captures the essence of our client’s unique golf entertainment experience
- Manage the day-to-day activities of all social media accounts, ensuring consistent and timely posting
- Collaborate closely with our graphic design and video editing teams to produce high-quality visual content
- Utilize Sprout social media management tool to schedule posts, track engagement, and analyze performance
- Stay on top of social media trends and platform updates, adapting strategies to maximize reach and engagement
- Foster an active online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and on-brand manner
- Monitor and report on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms and their unique best practices
- Proficiency in social media management tools, particularly Sprout
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing principles
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams and engaging with followers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for creating content that sparks conversations and drives engagement
- Creative thinking with a finger on the pulse of emerging social media trends and features
