About the Role

We are looking for an individual to mainly help out with executing the social media plan on two brands across all social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. This VA may have some social media moderation duties and may also potentially help assist the Brand Marketing Manager with the Integrated Marketing Calendar.

Responsibilities:

  • Possible social media moderation/customer service across social platforms and TikTok Lives
  • Assist with implementation of social strategy for organic social platforms for two brands:
    • Source content for content calendar
    • creator content from Ciq/Grin
    • in house content + trends
  • Manually publish TikTok Shop content, trends + influencer content on social platforms
  • Assist with posting to Instagram stories; new arrivals posts + linking to products.
  • Assist and support TikTok Live initiatives
  • Review analytics and assist with weekly and monthly social reports.
  • Monitor Facebook group and engage community
    • membership requests
    • Pending posts
    • Moderation alerts
    • customer feedback polls.
  • Assist with executing social media content calendar including sourcing, editing skills not required but a plus.
    • Schedule weekly content
    • Schedule Posts for the day on Later using custom UTM links
    • Daily posts per brand across all platforms
    • Manually Publish trending TikToks
    • link to trending sounds
    • link to TTS product
  • Assist Brand Marketing Manager with Integrated Marketing calendar

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with social media moderation and customer service.
  • Ability to source and manage content from various creators and in-house teams.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing content calendars.
  • Experience using social media management tools like Later.
  • Ability to manually publish content on social platforms.
  • Understanding of UTM links for tracking.
  • Excellent communication and community engagement abilities.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Basic content editing skills (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with TikTok Live initiatives (preferred but not required).
