Social Media Specialist

This is a remote position.

Scope:

• Approximately 20 hours per week

• Monday to Friday from 9 AM 1 PM Los Angeles, CA Time

• Manage TikTok and YouTube accounts

• Manage three separate church YouTube channels

• Focus on growing channels to achieve monetization goals and increase audience engagement

• Work remotely, reporting directly to the client

Responsibilities:

• Edit and post short-form videos on TikTok and YouTube

• Create and schedule community posts on YouTube

• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement

• Post content 4-5 times daily across platforms

• Manage and organize content files provided by the client

• Edit and post videos on multiple YouTube channels

• Create and schedule YouTube Shorts

• Manage multiple YouTube channels simultaneously

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software

• Experience with TikTok and YouTube content creation

• Understanding of social media best practices and trends

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Familiarity with Christian content (preferred)

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients

• Understanding of YouTube best practices and algorithms
