The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing effective email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion, with experience in building automated processes, creating insightful reports, and connecting it with external platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, QuickBooks, and Apollo.io. Familiarity with HubSpots CRM and marketing tools is essential. This role offers flexibility, with options for project-based or part-time work, and is ideal for a driven professional who is well-versed in HubSpots capabilities and looking to make an impact in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute automated email marketing campaigns tailored to B2B and SaaS clients within HubSpot.
● Build and implement customized reports and dashboards to streamline sales and marketing processes.
● Create and manage reports to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
● Connect and integrate HubSpot with external platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, QuickBooks, Apollo.io) to ensure seamless data flow and enhance reporting capabilities.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM best practices and optimize customer journey mapping.
● Optimize lead nurturing processes to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
● Stay current with HubSpot updates and trends, tools, and best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a HubSpot specialist or similar role, with a focus on email marketing and CRM for B2B and SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot tools, including email marketing, workflows, and reporting functionalities.
- Excellent data analytics skills and report building, with the ability to interpret metrics to drive business insights.
- Hands-on experience in building automated processes and integrating HubSpot with external platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, QuickBooks, and Apollo.io.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies, particularly in the B2B and SaaS space.
