Schedule:

  • Full-time, 5 days a week, typically starting at 11 AM to 8 PM UK time Monday to Friday

Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that’s shaping the future of executive careers. You’ll be at the heart of our client’s growth strategy, leveraging cutting-edge digital networking techniques to connect ambitious professionals with life-changing opportunities. This role offers a unique blend of relationship building, strategic communication, and sales, all while working closely with a seasoned career coach. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing, professional networking, and client relations, making a tangible impact on people’s lives and careers.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead our LinkedIn outreach campaign, crafting and sending 180-200 personalized connection requests weekly to expand our professional network
  • Compose and dispatch 1,000 tailored messages per week to warm network contacts, ensuring each communication resonates with the recipient’s professional background and aspirations
  • Master and implement specific messaging sequences and flows designed by our executive coach to maximize engagement and conversion rates
  • Customize all communications based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring we’re targeting and attracting the right high-level professionals
  • Manage the executive coach’s appointment calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings with potential clients across various time zones
  • Participate in daily strategy sessions with the executive coach, providing insights and feedback to continually refine our outreach approach
  • Meticulously track and report on key metrics, including outreach success rates and appointment conversions, to drive data-informed decisions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule to accommodate the coach’s international travel and varying time zones


Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized messages
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms, with a keen understanding of digital networking strategies
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing high-volume outreach while maintaining quality
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to ask questions when needed
  • Tech-savvy individual who can quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
  • Flexibility to work with varying time zones and changing priorities
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with high-level professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with team members
