Designs, develops, implements, administers and delivers training programs and initiatives to all levels of the organization. Performs needs assessments to identify knowledge, skill and behavioral gaps. Provides consultation on Talent Development research, learning theory, technologies, instructional design, adult learning and best practices. Engages with HR, business leaders and other internal stakeholders to understand, support and advise on specific Talent Development needs. Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for course content and delivery. May facilitate design and delivery by external experts and consultants.
- Provides Talent Development support for assigned segments of the organization or for specific initiatives and programs.
- Partners with internal customers to define and develop learning solutions that accurately reflect business-focused individuals and / or team developmental needs.
- Conducts needs assessments to determine knowledge gaps and identifies or recommends appropriate learning solutions.
- Plans, schedules, research, writes, edits and designs a wide range of instructional learning projects, using a variety of media including e-learning software.
- Designs and coordinates layout and organization of learning solutions.
- Curates content for a variety of subjects within learning platforms.
- Prepares and distributes training aids, such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, visual aids, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in talent development and management
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant experience.
