The Technical Operations Specialist will work closely with the Sales Team, Operations Teams, and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize their tech stack
- Oversee tool renewals, upgrades and/or downgrades during new user onboarding and offboarding
- Spearhead vendor and tool sourcing for the organization, which includes product demos, price negotiations, and stakeholder presentation
- Provide technical support to the Sales Team, including maintaining Hubspot dashboards, users, and reports
- Develop and maintain sales support materials, including technical documentation, product specifications, and training materials
- Trigger automation between Zapier, Google Workspace, and HubSpot and fix automation errors
- Recommend improvements in the overall operations of the organization, including tools, security, budgets, and compliance
- Oversee sending proposals and agreements to prospects and clients
- Generate reports for the Stakeholders to review monthly achievements and proposals from the Operations Department
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical operations
- Experience working for a startup
- Experience in leading a team is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM and automation tools is required
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
