Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Lead Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and nurture leads through the client's CRM software, ensuring that each lead is properly qualified and moved through the acquisition process efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contacting new leads and following up with old leads using CRM software.
  • Qualifying leads by gathering and confirming information about the property and the seller's situation.
  • Entering lead information into the CRM accurately and promptly.
  • Taking detailed notes and scheduling follow-up activities.
  • Following up on leads from cold calling, SMS, and other IB channels that generate hand raises.
  • Setting appointments with the acquisitions team for qualified leads.
  • Monitoring and editing existing automatic follow-up sequences.
  • Tracking all leads in the CRM and providing regular reports on lead status and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with the acquisition team to schedule appointments

Requirements

  • Prior experience in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • High energy, positive mindset, and strong work ethic.
  • Able to work in Eastern Standard Time.

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
  • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
