What’s in Store
We are on the lookout for a Training Coordinator who will be responsible for initiating our training programs and supporting the Training Department. You will be responsible for calling, texting, and emailing submitted trainees to provide guidance on their next steps, creating and assigning Microsoft Project pages and mock surveys, and assigning the representative to their Training Specialist.
Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing training requests submitted and route the trainee to the appropriate offered program to ensure all business goals and objectives are achieved. This dynamic, high-visibility role will provide support to various departments by means of video calls, phone calls and emails. To be successful in this role, you must maintain strong industry knowledge and keep pace with changes in program material, department processes and goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee training operations to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and improving processes by implementing best practices
- Regularly track and report progress towards established goals, making necessary adjustments and communicating new goals as required
- Update and maintain the live Training Department Excel Tracker daily, including adding new trainees, updating statuses, and extracting data
- Monitor trainee progress and collect statistics to identify trends
- Respond to questions and provide assistance to Field Representatives, Regional Directors, and QA Department members
- Provide feedback on training materials to the Training Manager
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials
- Ensure the timely onboarding and training of new field representatives and internal personnel
- Maintain strong communication with other departments

This is a full-time, home-based job.
Your Expertise, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelors’ degree in related field OR equivalent work experience in Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance
- Three years of experience in the insurance inspection industry or a related field is preferred
- Results Oriented: Achieves business goals, meets quality, service, and productivity standards, and meets deadlines.
- Leadership/Training Development: Confident, inspires and motivates others, influences effectively, accepts and gives feedback, recognizes others' contributions.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills: Prioritizes and plans work efficiently, sets goals, and develops action plans.
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
