LenelS2’s Federal Government Vertical team is entirely focused on Unites States Federal Agencies. The role of this team is to target new opportunities and provide ongoing support of the expansive list of current customers. There are specific LenelS2 authorized resellers that are authorized to sell to this vertical and collaborating and supporting this channel is critical to our success. This role will be responsible for more of the technical needs of the Federal Government team, while helping to grow sales by driving new business through this community.

This role will work in conjunction with the LenelS2 sales team and other program resources to design and implement short-term and long-term strategies to facilitate continuous growth through the end user, reseller, and A&E community. An ideal candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter who can adapt quickly and balance multiple ongoing opportunities. The role will be responsible for supporting the sales teams as specific Federal compliance requirements are mandated that can become technically challenging. This role will be a resource that provides deep understanding of how the LenelS2 products and integrations are deployed and be able to demonstrate these solutions on presales initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical sales support within assigned Federal Government sector by calling on Value Added Resellers (VARs), End Users and A&E consultants, often partnering with other field sales resources
  • Present complex access control/security product demonstrations
  • Create and maintain demonstration environments for use by the Fed Gov sales team
  • Support testing and certification environments within Fed Gov customer programs
  • Be the team technical expert for RFP responses and technical specifications
  • Present highly technical product information through training to customers, end users, prospective new customers, and at trade shows, conferences, or other public events
  • Support and troubleshoot technical system design process, system implementation, system issues, failures, or needed corrections
  • Participate in trade show set-up demonstrations
  • Up to 50% travel
  • Physically able to carry 40 lbs.
  • Provide SME support for US Federal Government regulations as it pertains to LenelS2 products (example FIPS 201, FIPS 140, ICD 705)

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in deploying Physical Access Control Systems within Federal Agencies
  • High School Diploma/GED Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Advanced level PACS certifications with preference to LenelS2 OnGuard
  • Experience within computer networks and cybersecurity
  • CISSP certification Preferred
  • FICAM deployment experience
