This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM California Time

We are seeking a reliable and professional Admin Assistant to handle phone communication and redirect calls to the appropriate departments efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Identify caller needs and redirect calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Provide basic information about the company, when applicable.
  • Take accurate messages for unavailable team members and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a call log and track inquiries for reporting purposes.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and scheduling, as needed.
  • Ensure a positive caller experience by being polite, patient, and attentive.


Requirements

  • Speaks fluent Spanish
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and call forwarding processes.
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes during busy periods.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
