We are seeking a reliable and professional Admin Assistant to handle phone communication and redirect calls to the appropriate departments efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Identify caller needs and redirect calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide basic information about the company, when applicable.
- Take accurate messages for unavailable team members and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a call log and track inquiries for reporting purposes.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and scheduling, as needed.
- Ensure a positive caller experience by being polite, patient, and attentive.
