Role Name: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist
Schedule:
9:00am to 5:00pm Florida Time, Monday - Friday with 30min paid break, 8hrs/day | 40hrs/week

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will become an expert on this company's software platform and use your specialized knowledge to help home health businesses succeed. This is an opportunity to make an impact by enabling better care coordination and powering the operations of agencies caring for elderly and disabled patients.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from home health agencies using the software
- Provide useful, tailored advice and support drawing on your expertise
- Continually expand your knowledge of the platform's billing, payroll, scheduling, and other modules
- Communicate directly with customers
- Learn the context of home care operations to better empathise with and assist clients
Requirements
- Highly proficient in English and Spanish
- Excellent phone and written communication abilities
- Deep sense of empathy, care, and patience
- Passion for helping home health businesses operate efficiently
- Proven ability to quickly learn complex software systems
