Job Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) and provide accurate and helpful information.
● Assist customers in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on our products and services.
● Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns, empathizing with their experiences, and taking appropriate actions to address their needs.
● Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
● Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
● Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries.
● Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, systems, and processes to enhance customer support efficiency.
● Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
● Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing customer needs and evolving products.
● Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
● Familiarity with customer support tools and software.
● Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
● High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
● Basic knowledge of cars and automotive systems is a plus.
Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop):

• at least Memory: RAM 8GB
• at least Windows 10 for Windows, or Catalina or better for MAC OS users
