Job Description

This role combines social media management and website maintenance, requiring initiative, creativity, and strategic thinking. As the B2B Social Media Specialist, you will craft brand-aligned content, optimize engagement strategies, and ensure a cohesive digital experience. The ideal candidate takes ownership of projects, proactively suggests improvements, and understands B2B marketing within the bathroom products, design, and architecture industries.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement content strategies tailored for industry professionals (distributors, designers, architects).
  • Ensure posts maintain a consistent brand voice, aligning with the company’s established style and messaging.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, copy, videos) that fosters meaningful interactions.
  • Avoid over-reliance on AI-generated copy—refine and adapt content to reflect industry expertise and brand identity.
  • Track social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement.

Website Management & Optimization

  • Regularly update product information, brochures, and client listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
  • Lead website platform migration projects, providing expert recommendations and overseeing smooth transitions.
  • Ensure the website’s user experience (UX) aligns with the needs of industry professionals.

Proactive Initiative & Brand Alignment

  • Take ownership of projects—identify content gaps, suggest new ideas, and optimize engagement without waiting for instructions.
  • Analyze the company’s existing content strategy to ensure continuity and improve rather than disrupt established branding.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and apply insights to keep the company ahead of competitors.


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and website maintenance (portfolios required).
  • Strong grasp of B2B marketing, particularly within design, architecture, or home improvement sectors.
  • Ability to create original, brand-aligned content—not just AI-generated copy—while maintaining industry relevance.
  • Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools to track and refine performance.
  • Basic knowledge with front-end web development, UX principles, and content management systems.
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver—comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
