Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated product matches for accuracy and relevance
- Manually research and identify better product matches when necessary
- Analyze and compare product information across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Make independent decisions on product matching based on available data
- Continuously learn about various product categories and industry-specific terminology
- Maintain high attention to detail while working with large volumes of data
- Provide feedback to improve the AI matching algorithm
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited information
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online product listings
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
- Proficiency in English and strong written communication skills
- Ability to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours
Scope:
- Handle approximately 40,000 products per client on a monthly basis
- Work across various product categories, with a focus on home improvement and pet products
- Collaborate with AI systems to improve matching accuracy over time
- Potential for role expansion as the company grows
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour unpaid break, Eastern time
