Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager *Remote-Most states eligible*

This role will lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, crafting and executing campaigns and events and supporting the deployment of DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives. This individual will deliver on our goal of advancing world-class health with human connection through our shared commitment to DEI. The individual will partner with the DEI team to push the creative envelope and bring bold, new thinking to engaging key stakeholders.

Required qualifications:

  • 8 years of Developing and implementing DEI strategies and tactics

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or other general liberal studies degrees or equivalent combination of education and experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
