The DCX Client Services - Home Based Sales Coordinator will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details

  • Industry: Promotions

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)

  • Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient

  • Salary Range: 37,500

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating leads for the sales team through Lodging Development and other sites by researching projects, finding key stakeholders, adding leads to Dynamics, and assigning tasks to the sales team.

  • Responsible for providing customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability.

  • Responsible for creating proposals, quotes, and opportunities.

  • Responsible for creating presentation formats and compiling data for the preparation of sales presentations.

  • Responsible for documenting all order-related activities in Dynamics.

  • Responsible for sending a follow-up with suppliers on orders.

  • Responsible for generating proposals that will be used by the sales team to prospective clients

  • Responsible for generating proposals for F&B and applications other than housekeeping or F&B

  • Support sales for parts on an as-needed basis.

  • Effectively communicate ideas into recommendations and opportunities

Additional Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Proficient in Zoom or Teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • CRM—Dynamics Experience

  • Experience using Business Central

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on the phone

  • Personal integrity, honesty in dealings with associates and customers

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are a must.

  • Able to balance multiple priorities and assignments.

  • Must be proactive and solution-oriented.

  • Two years of sales experience to management-level contacts

  • Experience in the hospitality or sales fields

  • Work experience in a culturally diverse environment

Software that will be used

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
