This is a remote position.
Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Petersburg, FL Time (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time) with an hour unpaid break
1. Campaign Management:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote Sea
School’s courses.
o Design and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
(digital, print, and events).
o Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies
accordingly.
2. Social Media Content Marketing:
o Manage and grow Sea School’s presence on social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Generate engaging content, including blog posts, articles, email
newsletters, and promotional videos.
o Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent voice and brand
message across all platforms.
3. Lead Generation:
o Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships with maritime
companies and collaborations with other industry organizations.
o Generate leads of organizations Sea School could contact for training
opportunities. Reach out to these organizations to develop a pipeline of
actionable opportunities.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Implementation & Management:
o Oversee the launch, integration, and ongoing management of a new CRM
system.
o Develop and launch email marketing campaigns.
5. Brand Development Management:
o Enhance Sea School’s brand presence by ensuring consistent messaging
across all marketing collateral.
6. Metrics Reporting:
o Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for
all marketing efforts.
o Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team
on marketing strategies based on data analysis.
