- Engage with Net Zero & Sustainability, product management, data science, data engineering, sourcing (procurement), and other cross-functional teams on Net Zero supplier engagement data and analytics.
- Own end-to-end data ingestion and management of supplier emissions data and climate-related information.
- Engage with key external bodies and their tooling, such as the Climate Disclosure Project (CDP), to incorporate industry standard reporting into program database.
- Deliver strategic insights to the Net Zero team and cross-functional stakeholders based on expertise of supplier emissions and program data.
- Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to support Net Zero and key cross-functional stakeholder needs, including tracking program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), supplier engagement progress.
- Actively drive program requirements in Net Zero-wide and enterprise-wide tooling initiatives.
- Contribute to internal and external reporting and communications on program progress.
- Represent Meta externally, as needed.
- Ability to travel (5%).
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, statistics, and/or sustainability focused degree.
- 6+ years of related experience in fields related to sustainability.
- Experience with CDP Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of the Science Based Target Setting Initiative (SBTi) and supplier engagement guidance.
- Experience with GHG accounting concepts, standards (the GHG Protocol), and tools.
- Experience working with supplier GHG data and life cycle assessments.
- Experience with data analysis, visualization and interpretation skills, with demonstrated experience to self-manage complex program delivery.
- Experience in communication, presenting data and analytics insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project management skills with demonstrated experience to self-manage complex delivery in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Experience to scale initiatives that accelerate scope 3 GHG emissions reduction with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Experience to diplomatically resolve issues through understanding conflicting inputs, achieving alignment, and proposing go-forward solutions.
- Demonstrated experience and flexibility to learn and work on projects.
- Understanding of Meta’s products and services.
- Experience with electronics and technology supply chains, including understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes.
- Master’s degree in related field, strongly preferred
