The ideal Program Manager is someone who has knowledge or expertise in running large scale programs, rapidly building cross functional relationships, and risk management. They will be key partners in helping to ensure we have premier risk management capabilities so we are able to understand and mitigate threats to our users today and prepare for those tomorrow. Specifically, the Integrity Product Program Management team will:Integrity Product Program Manager Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing and future product problem spaces through a comprehensive Meta lens, auditing similar problems in multiple places, to ensure Integrity solution development is universal and de-duplicated.
- Build playbooks and process channels to help integrity product scale across Meta and the multiple ever-expanding dimensions with minimal friction for partner teams.
- Connect dots by understanding/auditing where people are solving the same/similar problems in different places and de-duping.
- Drive standardized playbooks for identifying and closing gaps for new products, regulation, external audits and compliance, verticals, countries etc.
- Develop Meta-wide playbooks for launching integrity levers both during crisis (crisis interventions, etc.) and steady state.
- Scale product by constantly driving efficiencies (e.g. reduce overhead, increase speed to execute).
- Responsible for managing multiple Integrity programs using Agile best practices. This includes planning, coordinating with cross functional teams, tracking product status and reporting, communicating to the project team and key stakeholders, and creating the appropriate program documents.
- Build close relationships with other highly cross-functional teams within Meta including, but not limited to Family of Apps, Policy, Legal, Global Ops, Monetization and Growth teams.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the supported Integrity product domain, design measurement methodology, and conduct deep analysis of the problem space.
- Select appropriate integrity metrics to measure the success of the program and highlight trends or themes from raw data.
- 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
- Track record of making risk based decisions
- Expertise working in project management and experience supporting product development as a project manager
- Expertise working knowledge of one or more project and/or product management methodologies (for example: agile, product execution)
- Experience evaluating data to understand trends and support decision making
- Experience influencing and driving alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base, including: leaders, peers, technical, and non-technical stakeholders across roles across the company
- Experience of operating independently, being detail-oriented and a proactive problem solver, and delivering results at a large scale
- Domain expertise in Integrity such as: (1) Developing programs to increase user safety with the company's products and services, focused on user care, retention and issue resolution, (2) Defining, measuring and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) in Integrity programs that improve areas of external and internal weaknesses, (3) Designing and implementing programs that scale products that monitor success and identify Trust and Safety improvement areas and (4) Supporting product launches from discovery to implementation, in collaboration with Product Teams, Integrity stakeholders, and other go to market cross-company organizations.
- Product Development related project management certifications e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
US$157,000/year to US$218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
